In the event your order is damaged, please email me as soon as possible with pictures of the shipping container and damaged item.

When do refunds apply?

Refunds are given only if items are damaged during shipping. Regular wear and tear are not covered by our refund policy.

How to claim a refund?

Contact me with photos of the damaged goods and the shipping container within 7 days of delivery, along with your order number.

My item was lost in the mail, now what?

Shap is sorry :c I don't control the postal service, no matter how badly I wish I could. If an item is lost in the mail and the address was input correctly by the customer and incorrectly on my end, I'll resend or fully refund if that item is out of stock.

For lost mail, I can open a claim with USPS, but most likely the item is gone. Because Shap is nicer than she should be, I'll usually pay out of pocket to replace things if I can. Talk to me and we'll see what I can do!

What if damage is minor?

Minor damage does not qualify for a full refund or replacement, but in cases where the damage goes beyond subtle cosmetic damage, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7 days after approval of the claim.

Can I return goods?

Returns are accepted only for damaged goods on a case-by-case basis; If the wrong item was mailed to you, then replacement costs fall to me, not the customer.

*All shipments are sent via USPS or AscendiaUSA for INTL orders.

Reach out if your item arrived damaged via email or form. If you submit a form, pictures can be attached once an email chain is established. Thank you!
